If you are a School Account holder, we will let you know the ETA and deliver Back orders as soon as possible. For BTS or Semester Pre-Orders, we will be in touch to confirm and finalise your orders.
If you are Ordering an item that is out of stock and you are NOT a School Account Holder, unless there is a suitable alternative item we can suggest, we will automatically refund the unavailable item and dispatch the rest of your paid order.
The 0-9 Number Blocks and 5 Math Symbol Blocks from Mercurius Australia are a great hands-on approach to learning. For the youngest children, each block is an abstract shape, used for building before even knowing they represent quantities.
Then as your child progresses into counting, enjoy matching objects to the numbers, feeling the shape, pressing it into play dough, arranging them in order, identifying odd and even numbers.
Your child then continues on his/her learning adventure by meeting the symbols that combine numbers and the magic that happens when a plus, minus, multiply, or divide symbol comes into play. What fun solving for the answers while mixing up the problems!
at Mercurius Australia, we offer two sets:
- 0-9 Maple Number Blocks: a set of 10 blocks, one for each number from zero to nine. They are made from maple hardwood.
- 5 Cherry Math Symbol Blocks: a set of five math symbols. They are made from cherry hardwood (available separately).
